Foreign Policy Enthusiast Ben Spacapan

A resident of Illinois, Ben Spacapan often spends his free time reading and studying. He is particularly interested in learning about foreign policy and the developing world, having lived for a period in the Middle East. He closely follows foreign affairs and international relations, especially those involving this region. In addition, Ben Spacapan enjoys reading the novels of John Steinbeck.

When he is not reading or studying, Benjamin Spacapan aims to lead a physically active lifestyle. He played baseball and basketball in high school and rugby in college. Ben Spacapan continues to play rugby at alumni team events. He maintains an interest in cooking, enjoying the relative calm and creative processes of the kitchen. In the past, he has volunteered as a reading tutor at local schools.

Prior to graduating from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in history, Benjamin Spacapan worked with children living with disabilities through the Princeton Best Buddies and Princeton Disabilities Awareness programs. He was also part of the Cum Laude Society and Erasmus Society during his time at the Latin School of Chicago.
